Questions

Before you sign up

Is this the City of Garfield Heights?

No. GarfieldHts.net is an independent site operated by WeldonPC. For City services, bills, permits and departments go to garfieldhts.org.

What does it cost?

Nothing. The weekend sales and Street Watch emails are free, along with address lookups, street pages and market reports. The paid items are optional, one-time payments.

How often will you email me?

The weekend email goes out on Thursdays at 4 p.m. in any week with sales on the board. In a week with none there is no list to send, which in an Ohio winter can be many weeks in a row; instead you may get a short "list yours free" note, at most once every four weeks. Street Watch goes out on the 5th of the month, and only when a home sold on one of your streets.

What exactly is in Street Watch?

For each street you picked that had a sale recorded last month: the house number, the sale date, the price and the living area, from public county records. Owner names are never included.

How do I unsubscribe?

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, or change preferences in your library.

Where do the numbers come from?

Cuyahoga County Fiscal Officer public GIS and FEMA's National Flood Hazard Layer. We never collect owner names or mailing addresses. How we calculate our numbers.

Will you share my email address?

No. We never share your address. It is stored to send what you asked for, and nothing else. Privacy.
