About GarfieldHts.net

GarfieldHts.net is an independent website. It is not the City of Garfield Heights, is not affiliated with or endorsed by the City, and does not provide City services. The City's official website is garfieldhts.org.

GarfieldHts.net is operated by WeldonPC, a Northeast Ohio technology company. We turn public Cuyahoga County property data into free, readable pages — a lookup for every address, a page for every street, and a monthly home-sale report — and run a free neighborhood garage-sale board and a paid Local Pros directory.

How the site pays for itself

Optional paid items: the Property Snapshot Report, the Pro Pass, featured garage sales and Local Pros listings. The public pages also show one labelled banner ad from AdEngine, the small ad network run by WeldonPC, which sets no cookies (see Privacy). There are no ads on checkout pages and no advertising or analytics cookies.

This site is fully automated and has no contact form. Most questions are answered in Help. Corrections to property facts must be made with the Cuyahoga County Fiscal Officer; our pages update automatically after the county's records change.
