Is this the City of Garfield Heights?
No. GarfieldHts.net is an independent site operated by WeldonPC. For City services, bills, permits and departments go to garfieldhts.org.
I paid but didn't get my download.
Downloads are delivered as soon as PayPal confirms payment — usually within a minute; eCheck payments can take several days. Check your spam folder for mail from noreply@garfieldhts.net, or sign in to your library with the email you used. If delivery fails three times, you automatically get a credit code for the full amount.
My download link expired.
Links work 10 times within 14 days. Sign in to your library to get a fresh link at any time — even after the PDF is archived, we regenerate it from the same data.
How do I sign in? There's no password.
Enter your email at /library/login and we'll send a one-time sign-in link valid for 20 minutes.
A fact about my house is wrong.
Our data comes from the Cuyahoga County Fiscal Officer. Ask the county to correct its record; our pages update automatically after the county does.
Why was my garage sale or listing rejected?
We check listings automatically: the address must be a Garfield Heights home, dates and hours must fit the City rules, and some words and items aren't allowed. The message tells you exactly what to change.
Why was my listing hidden?
Listings are hidden automatically after reports from three different neighbors. We email the owner a link to edit it; an edit that passes our checks restores it immediately.
How does the "I'm going" counter work?
One tap per device, no sign-in. Tap again to undo. Counts are capped per household network so they stay fair.
Can I get a refund?
See the refund policy. Failed deliveries are credited automatically; payments reversed through PayPal revoke the item automatically.
How do I unsubscribe?
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, or change preferences in your library.
How do I contact you?
The site is fully automated and has no contact form or support desk. Replies to our emails reach an unattended mailbox.
