Refund policy

1. Digital items are delivered instantly; all sales final.
2. If we fail to deliver (3 automatic retries over ~1 hour), you automatically receive a credit code for the full value. The code arrives by email and can be used at checkout for the same item.
3. If PayPal refunds or reverses a payment, the related item is revoked automatically — download links stop working, a Pro Pass or Local Pros listing ends, and a featured sale loses its feature.

Payments are processed by PayPal. Because this site is fully automated, it does not issue cash refunds itself; disputes are handled through PayPal's buyer protection process.
